nus - Re: "Paul, if things are so bad at AMD I' curious why do you watch."

This is clearly a concept that you have not yet thought of.

I watch AMD - TO MAKE MONEY !

I bought AMD at $17.25 and $15.50 about 5 or 6 months ago, sold at $22 1/2 ( I missed the high !) and shorted it at $22 1/4 then shorted it again at $18 3/4, covering both shorts at $16 5/8 two weeks ago.

I'm waiting for the SUCKER RALLY on Monday when all you AMD cheerleaders start buying more AMD on the Gateway news - and when it gets up to around $2o or $22, I'm going to SHORT IT AGAIN !

Cause AMD is going to screw up AGAIN !

How do I know that ?

HISTORY has proven it !

Paul

nus - Re: "if things are as bad as you say at AMD what do you contribute their recent sucess to."

Recent Success ?

Like predicting a LOSS this quarter ?

Like dropping from $32 to $17?

Like K63's being delayed for a quarter or two?

I attribute that to AMD being a second-class organization, competing ineffectively against a first-class organization.
