jayne i say this with all sincerity. i hope , for sake of mako shareholders, that mako is liberated from FIG & it's past & i wish you best of luck building co. investors can believe in. you are correct about promoters , boiler-rooms, shortsellers & the otc. i believe that many of these promoter/shortsellers see upstart co.'s move into dirty shells & get a hard-on for another pile of stock, they short it, they steal it, they conspire to lift legends on restricted stock & they carry on as they always have to the detriment of these upstart co.'s desiring to go public & grow & there shareholders....OR, the co's themselfs are no more then press releases issued to exploit the stock the slimey promoters got there hands on & there short associates shorted. this past year has brought me great pleasure to be a shareholder in a company that has brought some of these sleazeballs to justice. our buddy zapara stold 440k shares from this co., his buddy charlie krisfalusi has tryed every scheme imaginable to lift legends off restricted stock of voting only status & has even shorted the stock, andy joseph mann stold 4.48mm shares from the same co. & was taken to task in federal court where a default was entered against him yet the stock is still held frozen @ dtc as we await the judge to sign off on the execution of the judgement. amazing to me, or anyone watching otc stocks is not so much that upstart co.'s going public fall prey to the zapara's , mann's & krisafulisi's, but that this co. went to court and has won every motion & the case is imo will end victoriously for aznt shareholders & the co.. it is my hope this case will be an example to those sleazeball promoters & shorts who have a chub for stock & that this 'business as usual' sentiment on the otc will be impinged for the benefit of small investors. boiler-rooms that solicit stock without being a b/d , ripping off elderly shareholders, breaking leases & moving on to another locale to pick-up where they left off, bashers who post bile 24 hrs. a day on the internet. is it any wonder shareholders who are vocal about there long investments in bb stocks have there credibility & sanity questioned? lololol ! if all this smear does not silence vocal shareholders they hire lawyers to intimidate & harass us! lolol ! they do not want the otc cleaned up. you see the crap that follows me when i post to you, but jayne...in court is where you find justice. aznt has & continues to do so. this is where myself & all shareholders will deal with them, Silicon Investor is there 'tool', as you know from FIG's exploitation of it. i wish you the best with mako & your proclaimed liberation from FIG & ALL PROMOTERS, SHORTS & BOILER ROOMS. good luck! spider
