CLPO---Calprop Corp. designs, constructs and sells single-family detached and attached homes and townhomes as part of condominiums or planned unit devolopments in CA. For the nine months ended 9/98, revenues rose 16% to $22.5 million. Net income totalled $2.5 million vs a loss of $1.3 million. Revenues reflect the company beginning to sell homes in its Cierra Del Lago and Montserrat Estates projects. Earnings reflect the inclusion of a $2.3 million benefit for income taxes. I would like to see a thread started on this one, Has anyone seen any of these projects? Do they have a website Bullhorn?
