CNCX is Concentric Networks Co. They are a real company - no question about that. I know Williams has a partnership with them and that Williams collocates some equipment there. I didn't realize CYOE had any "real" customers. Where is this mentioned - anything in their 10Q/K?

Bear, wouldn't it be funny(not) if they used some of the proceeds of the CNCX second offering as a commitment to loan CYOE the 10 mill.
