Rex, Craig, and Thread,

All that we know is that royalty payments will be stable at around 8 million dollars quarterly for the next 7 quarters. At that point I feel confident that CF and MMC sales will be ramped up and cash flow will be derived primarily from product sales. The royalty cash cow is like an insurance policy against being squashed like a bug by Toshiba. The sum total of royalty payments will likely start to dwindle in 2001 unless new deals are struck.

We will need to re-estimate royalty revenue after the Lexar suit is won.
