If you did not do anything wrong, of course you deny it. That is why we need the legal system , and the court to protect everyone's constitutional right. Otherwise , we do not need the law, if you do not admit or deny , I just penalize you . I= the government, You= Microsoft.

The case against MSFT is political. There are a large number of people that despise Microsoft simply because of the company's success.

The Clinton administration wants Bill Gates to fall, it would be a feather in their cap if they could bring down this company, or damage Microsoft significantly.

I was wandering through the net not long ago and stumbled onto a site dedicated to various left wing political causes. essential.org Visit their site for a long list of political actions aimed against just about everything: Banks, Insurance; Oil; Autos; and of course Microsoft.

Intermixed throughout the site was a frequent reoccurances of the US's Number One Corporate Hater: Ralph Nader who is a leading force in the left wing fight against Microsoft.

Lets hope the judge in this case understand facts and is not a political/social reconstructionist.
