Business Week Stocks: the following issues received a positive comments in this week's "Inside Wall Street" column -- American Online Inc. (AOL 87 3/16), NetSpeak Corp. (NSPK 12 3/8), and Noble International (NIL 10 7/8); number of analysts believe AOL is a Net must and there are rumors of a merger of near-equals with AT&T, although huge market cap makes deal difficult; in any case, an analysts at Warburg Dillon Read thinks stock is worth $110, while another analysts believes stock could hit $115 this year; Motorola already has a 32% stake in NSPK, a developer of intelligent software modules for voice, video and data transmission, and could expand its stake in company; an investment firm thinks that Motorola will need to buy NSPK sooner or later for its Net telephony technology and it may make sense to do it when the stock is off its highs; Noble is enjoying robust sales, thanks in part to General Motors, Ford, DaimlerChrysler, and Honda; in 1998, revenues rose 289% and better numbers are due in 1999 and 2000, according to one investment banker; goal over the next five years is to spin off one or two units to bring out company's real worth; has a 12-month price target of $20.....
