Is 40,000,000 really that large of a float for this kind of penny stock? If this is true, would you tell me how to do the figuring because I own some other penny stocks that have about the same size of float.

Do you also know how much of the float is already used up? If some people bought in at a low price , just 2 people could own 1,000,000.
