DD,the Salon article stated that Samsung is coming out with a product similar to DIMD's. I thought that was incredibly significant considering the pending law suit as well as the potential market. I am beginning to think that players which simply hold digital music are a transitory phenomenon. The future will probably bring wireless music on demand access. Diamond may do very well for a few quarters because of the rio but if you hold long term make sure they leverage that success for future delivery methods.
