Back in May/June, there was a further drop so when the market rallied there was a multiple bottom on the Daily Stochastics (21-period) and the Weekly Stochastics (21-period) had gone below the Overbought line. So far, the Daily Stochastics has made a singular low in the Oversold territory. The %K has actually crossed above the %D. The Weekly %K came close to crossing below the %D this week. The June/July rally of last year occurred while the Weekly %K was below the %D. The same was true of the 12-25-9 Week MACD and its Signal Line at that time.
