Hi Craig, yes, do have a c:\Program Files directory Don't have anything resembling a homedrive Environment variable, as you suggested under My Computer/Properties/Environment. Also, I don't want this application installed on C: drive anyway, and would like to have a choice as to where I put it, as is provided when you use Install Shield to install other apps. Would appreciate your help in installing this app, as everyone seems to be raving about it - kudos to you !! BTW I don't have problems installing other apps. Cheers ! kenny
