I have VLSI Earnings estimates at -0.01 EPS for Revenue of $130M, and 0.03 EPS for Revenue of $137M. Last quarter VLSI did $137M in revenue. I have projected valuations for -.01 EPS at $9.69 and for 0.03 FMV is $12.69. It appears VLSI will be pegged in this range until the earnings picture becomes clearer. I also have projected valuations of $18 to $22.5 on VLSI out 12 months from now.

Tom - There were two trades of 500K shares each, first at 9 15/16, then at 10 1/32 a minute later.

VLSI is sitting on some great products and technology and I have no doubt 99 will be successful. The stock price at $10 is a joke, but I still feel like a chump for holding it...

The shorts have collected their profits and left - If not for short covering we'd probably be even lower. There just appears to be zero demand for this stock on the street --
