I AM GOING TO START UP WITH MBT SOON AND I WOULD ALSO LIKE AN ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION. I WILL BE USING ROAD RUNNER CABLE MODEM SERVICE AND OF LATE IT HAS BEEN VERY SLOW IN COLUMBUS, OHIO ESP. WHEN CONNECTING TO ANY SSL TYPE SITES LIKE ANY OF THE ON-LINE BROKERS. I HAVE CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES LATELY AND THEY DO NOT OWN UP TO THE PROBLEM. I RAN AOL (VIA TELEPHONE LINE HOOK-UP) SIDE BY SIDE WITH THE RR CABLE CONNECTION AND AOL WAS MUCH FASTER AND ABLE TO MAKE THE CONNECTION WHERE RR COULDN'T EVEN MAKE THE CONNECTION. ANYONE ELSE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH RR?

That happened to me Friday morning too. I exited and reloaded two or three times, even rebooted, and finally gave up and phoned MBT. Naturally, just like your car that no longer makes that grinding noise when you take it to the service department to get it fixed and the mechanic tells you there's nothing wrong, as soon as I exited and reloaded with the MBT guy on the other end of the phone, ISLD came up fine, and worked all day.

Now I just entered RT and find that ISLD has disappeared again!

I'm beginning to wonder if there's something quirky about the latest MBT version of RT.

Like, I no longer get the useful three buttons indicating server status. Beth at MBT told me that this must mean I don't have the right version, even tho the help screen tells me that I do. But I still did a full uninstall and download, and still don't get the server status buttons.

Nothing major, just annoying go figures, though the loss of ISLD, if it persists, would be serious, IMO.
