Raye, The market cap of a company should be based on the quality of its assets, not on how much it is hyped or trashed. Investors should focus on these assests and not speculative opinions of the poorly informed. When a company claims to have a large rich deposit of gold in a very unusual enviorment(cinder cone) then the veracity of these claims should be carefully scrutinized by investors. There are a number of indepentent experts who could verify the claims of MGAU. In my opinion such a indepentent study should be carried out and funded by MGAU. Cost would not be great. What have they to loss. If the results confrim the companies claims then the company has gained alot more credibility which should hlep their share price a great deal and thus the investors. If their claims are proved to be false then less money will be spent on assets of no value and more investment will be avalible on things which have a real chance of creating real wealth.

Raye,

Partisan politics aside, I thought the article was a fair effort by the SEC and contained some useful HTML links for further due-dilly on bb stocks. I know you guys are pretty savvy investors, but perhaps the article will be of some use to others.
