""God's wrath has now been satiated and He is working out His promises to the Jew when they shall be evangelists to the world through The Christ."

David, this statement is a Scofield and Dispensationalist statement.
If all the promises of God were given in Christ Jesus, then how can this statement be true? You may want to deny it, but it's a prophetic statement. You are telling us that their will be a time in the future when God will work out special promises exclusive for the members of modern antichrist Judaism whereby they shall be special evangelists to the world. This is dispensationalism from Scofield and Darby and also the modern Baptist Church. This is saying that God will remove the Evangelistic job of the Church and replace it with a Jewish dispensation at the end of the ages. Again, this reducing the Church to an insignificant parenthesis between two "important" Jewish dispensations--Dispensationalism.

In the love of Christ
