Walt,
The gold mines in Yellowknife have produced for over 50 years and never had more than 6 to 18 months reserves ahead of them.
Dr. George V. Albino, stated in the Deutsche Bank analysis, that he could comfortably see 20 million tonnes now....enough to support a 3000 tonne per day operation for 15 years. I wonder how big the numbers will be after the drill program this spring has put more drill holes in more of those 400 meter x 400 meter squares on the new map?
Where I am going with this is that IMO, the cone sheet tonnage will continue to expand (80-100 million tonne range) and that Snap Lake could support 5000 tonnes per day underground production for well over 50 years, employing a lot of miners and supporting their families and community, just like the gold mines in Yellowknife have done for so long. Unfortunately, people like average joe and packrat don't appreciate or care how important new wealth creation through natural resource development is....it appears to me that they are more interested in transfering wealth from someone else's pocket to theirs.......
regards,
teevee

Walt, I stand by the $2000 figure with the low tonnage reported.

Enjoy it while it lasts and make many $$$$$CDN Dollars.
