Hi august. I currently do not use Stochrsi or CCI. I just simply use a properietary custom Ob/OS formula. Refer to my FDX chart to see the OB/OS signals.

For developing a trading system, I would have a MOMENTUM component with a OB/OS component. OB/OS will give you early warning signals on when the momentum is bottoming or topping out.. And then a final confirmation with the momentum component to give you the Actual signal.. geocities.com For example For my FDX chart, the OS (oversold/buy) signal was 2-3 days earlier than my MOMENTUM signal (the signal bar at the bottom of the chart).. Thus, I was watching FDX 4 days in advance.. Not until it broke out of the triangle did I take a long position.
