To respond to a few of your points:

#2. Ahhh... so what the Go2Net's counsel said was, if you sue us and a judge orders us to give you personal information on another poster, then we will give it to you, only then. Not exactly what your other post implied, was it?

#3. What it the world are you talking about? Why should I e-mail the company and suggest they fire you? I could see why shareholders might want that to happen, but I am not a shareholder.

#4. Perhaps someone will post information on Antaeus. What people want to know essentially, is does it really exist? What is its address? Does it have any money? Does it have any revenues? How many employees? Was it formed the day after questions were raised about the press release, or earlier? Things of that nature.

#6. On the contrary, in its website the company admits that it has been doing accounting incorrectly. It has been counting as revenue (which they mistakenly labeled income) amounts that they have been paid for contract R&D, and neglecting to subtract out the cost of that revenue before calculating gross profit (instead, they have been "keeping track of those expenses internally", or however they phrased it.) Other than having a big black headline SID TURTLMAN IS RIGHT, I don't know how they could have been more clear on that point. Since you are an investment banker with six years of experience, I am sure you must have an elementary accounting book to check on this point. Usually the first chapter talks about matching costs and expenses.

I will thank you, though, for the unusually temperate tone to your post. If you continue to eschew the behavior that got you bounced here under your other names, there is no reason why we can't have a civilized discussion.

Although DCH Tech has no outside IR, you are a paid consultant. I don't think I like the way you Threaten posters who make negative remarks about DCHT with talk of subpeona's. This does not sit very well with me. Ok, so your upset that called you a liar, get over it.

As Consultant to a company with no outside IR, and given the activity of you, your uncle and son, I don't think you are in any position to be making threats considering your own actions have not been 100% above board in the past.

Everyone has a Agenda, Mine is speculation on fuel cells, yours is the promotion of this company, Sid is ..well...who knows exactly what sids motives are BUT he has raised some very valid points and he is obviously a intelligent person..I personally would like to see SID stay around, even if it just to ruffle your feathers and help restrain BS PR's like that far far reaching PR about a Mystery Smart Bridge outfit.

Who the hell is Kathy McKnight-McConnel ??? And how do we know that is not your sister ?????

I want cold hard facts from the Horses mouth, not the Horses Ass.

I don't know you from Adam. Start coughing up some Cold Hard Facts and I may come to trust you in time. I don't know how a company like DCH can put out a PR which juices up a connection to a MYSTERY COMPANY.

YOu have talked to counsel, ok fine, is that supposed to send shivers up my spine ???

TRUST IS EARNED, NOT DEMANDED.

Start earning it.....Mr. Paid consultant...

Have a nice day...

I agree that it was totally unprofessional for Sid to ASSume that either you or lying, or Go2net doesn't know. Either one, without any kind of proof again, just kind of blows a hole in any kind of validity he may have...

I have no proof, but it appears to me, in my opinion, as Sid has stated that he owns no shares, but reapeatedly attacks anything that has been posted regarding DCHT, that he has some kind of personal vendetta. At which time, some of the statements he has made, to me, are very damaging to the company.

If I had been a new person, and someone had mentioned this company, and I went to this site and read some of the inneuendos, I would not touch this with a ten foot pole, as Sid has repeated hinted at possible misaccounting, misleading statements, inability of the company to go forward due to lack of funds, in other words, without anything really substantial, I feel he has hinted that fraud has been an ongoing thing..For Sid to assume what they have in assets (office equip., etc) is totally nonfounded, and just a shot in the dark. Sid, if you have never been there, or seen inventory, the truth be, you have no idea whatsoever as to what any of their assets are...They may be much higher, they may be much lower. For you to take a "stab" at a figure is totally absurd...Heck, they may be using lawn chairs and their kids computers, or sitting with a huge diamond in their vault...Now I know both of these are extremes, but no one should be guessing what the company has or doesn't have. Not even someone who can do the accounting in their sleep.

Sid, where were you when I took a heavy loss in BCMD??? Ya know I could have really used you then, you might have been a great help to the shareholders...But not now.

I do not wish to make light of any of this. But, with all the companies on SI, it is of particular interest to me as to why Sid has repeatedly has zeroed in on only this one lately.

I cannot imagine some of the big names in the industry associated with this co., nor the conventions coming up, allowing a bunch of scams to appear before some very major, heavy duty players in the industry.

I am deeply disappointed to see the continuation of all this.

Sid, though, to try and balance what I said, I do have to give you credit for acknowledging at least some of the answers the company gave.

There are very few small OTC companies wallowing in cash, and huge contracts coming in week after week...That is why they are OTC companies...
