Prides pay 11% (its been great to collect over the past few months while watching accumulation back over 20)

Good read on the market action, and so true. Big players will be re-entering shortly after correction dies down (the markets flucuate, etc). Things will look fine right into summer.

Pat,

The Cendant common stock does not pay a dividend. Cendant has
preferred (that is also convertible to common at a later date)
stock that costs more per share but pays a dividend. They are
called Prides. In personal accounts the income is taxable, in
IRA or SEP accounts it is at least deferred.

I share your opinion that Cendant can be a bumpy ride and in
all probability continue to be so but I think we both believe
the long term direction is (way) up.

Happy investing,

BOB
