Hello budd. How was the weather down there? It is usually great this time of year. I am also flying out there on Thurs. and coming back on the following Monday, for a little get together with my borther. Good call, Jurgen. Yes, you were very close. The NAZ made a higher low, relative to its drop in mid-Jan. Earnings-wise, there is no bad story ahead. It should be a clean pre-announcement season. Strong economy is good for the DOW stocks and that's why they refuse to sell off. I won't be surprised to see INTC pre-announce a better-than-expected qtr., unless they decide to reserve some revenue for the Fall qtr. since things could slow down after P3 shipment this qtr. What bothers me most? Who needs P3 and how fast P3 prices will drop to keep up with AMD? Read the PC magazines, take a trip to BBY and CPU, and talk to common or even professional people who are in the market for a new PC and you'll see what I mean. INTC's marketing campaign is going after the gaming & web users promising "faster downloads, crisper 3D images, ....".....We will see. DELL? A great company with great PCs. The stock just got way ahead of itself. Clint PS, we need to get this fear of higher rates out of the market if we want to mount any substantial rally.
