Along with RDIM , I LIKE SEVL,INTXA,INSGY AND CCUR. As big runners in the near future and the reasons are: RDIM------THE RIGHT MARKETING PLAN You bet RDIM has a great marketing plan but there is more. Here is what I'm hoping will happen starting as early as this week and throughout the next few weeks:1.) RDIM signs definitive agreements to acquire PCS and or Thunderstick Software:biz.yahoo.com 2.) An announcement that the company's 504 is complete and that they are filing a Form 10 to become fully reporting. 3.) The opening of their Demo site that will be marketing the thousands of products you can find in and around your house. Products sold at wholesale pricing to RDI Marketing Club Members. 4.) A more exciting and intriguing name for the site and perhaps even the stock. 5.) Additional letters of intent with other private wholesale buying clubs. 6.) Possible joint venture activities SEVL------SUPER TRAINING,INSTRUCTION AND ENTERTAINMENT TECHNOLOGY. I sure remember how this one ran when a partnership was announced with WAVO. I wouldn't buy it then but today I do think it's a pretty good risk to reward situation :biz.yahoo.com fnews.yahoo.com 7th Level, Inc. (NASDAQ:SEVL - news) and privately-owned STREET Technologies, Inc. today announced they will combine to form a powerful high-tech multimedia corporate training and communications company. The move boosted 7th Level's share price 6.73%, or $0.22 to $3.47. The new company, called 7th Street, will retain the ticker symbol 'SEVL.' Analyst William Anthony Scovin, of Ladenburg Thalmann, pointed out that since STREET Technologies is a closely held company, putting exact figures on estimates at this time is very difficult. However, he concluded that the merger 'has to be good,' largely due to STREET's 'intelligent' management. INTXA-----RIGHT PRODUCTS FOR INTERNET TO HOME BUYERS biz.yahoo.com Bill when will their e commerce site open? This one looks really good. INTXA is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of a broad range of decorative accessories for the residential, commercial, institutional and contract markets. For the three months ended 9/30/98, net sales totalled $10.4 million, up from $1.5 million. Net income totalled $283 thousand, up from $108 thousand. Revenues benefitted from acquisitions. Net income was partially offset by increased cost of goods sold as a percentage of sales as a result of acquiring new product lines.INSGY-----PROGRAMMABLE CHIP FOR SUNS' "JENE" OR IS IT "JINI" Looks like it's JENE. Perhaps we can get a strong proponent of the stock and it's technology to better explain it's potential but it looks like Quantum likes it. biz.yahoo.com Insignia Solutions plc develops, markets and supports virtual machine/emulation technology which enables embedded and standalone applications to be deployed on non-native platforms. For the nine months ended 9/30/98, total revenues fell 66% to $10.9 million. Net income totalled $3.3 million vs. a loss of $7.9 million. Results reflect lower license revenues due to increased competition the Macintosh and UNIX markets, offset by lower advertising and promotional expenses.biz.yahoo.com Stock could be a great buy based on the potential of the JENE technology, especially since the company is already profitable. CCUR------NEXT NEW WAVE WINNER "VIDEO ON DEMAND" I looked long and hard at CCUR last year after finding a great deal of insider buying. I wish I had picked up some then because the stock did double at one point after that : CCUR supplies high performance computer systems, software and services for the real time and video on demand markets. For the six months ended 12/98, revenues fell 13% to $36.1 million. Net income applicable to Common fell 82% to $489 thousand. Revenues reflect decreased proprietary systems sales due to weakness in Asia and Europe, and lower maintenance revenues due to a market shift towards open systems. Earnings also suffered from increased S/G/A and the absence of a $607 thousand gain.biz.yahoo.com We are still waiting for that video server technology to fully evolve for couch potatoes like myself:biz.yahoo.com Any idea how long before sales hit the big time? Some great suggestions Bill G I can sure see why you like them all. Thanks, Jeff
