I have done some preliminary work with Yahoo and MF products, but they aren't ready yet.

Yes, your password does go through the BM program, there's no way for the BM task to pull down data from SI without it. However, all data gathered by the BM program stays on your local computer, there is no way to access it from the internet, and aside from configuration settings, it all disappears when the BM program terminates.

Regards,
Craig

That is the unsolved mystery. Lets play devil's advocate
for a moment.

1. You don't have to be a SI member to view messages.
(no username, no password..)

2. If you want to post messages, you must be a member
and login to SI.

BrowseMaster is asking you to enter your username and password
to VIEW messages. Why ? I can view messages WITHOUT logging into
SI. Why does BM need this information ?

** This information is posted on the SI webpage **

SI non-member Home Page: techstocks.com

SI member Home Page: talk.techstocks.com

Maybe BM should have an option to access the NON-MEMBER
SI URL. Food for thought.
