No offense taken. It is sometimes difficult to determine what, if any, value comes from this sort of activity on the internet, but somehow I would like to believe that good does come as a result.

For instance, our buddy Sid was quick to point out that the disclaimer I was using may not have been adequate. As a result I now have a comprehensive disclaimer that covers not only the US, but those who may be reading my "reports", in other countries and subject to currency fluctuations, in addition to share price volatility.

It was Sid and Dan Smith who pointed it out, and as a result I was able to get the proper counsel who advised me they were correct. As a result it was changed and I had the posts with the less than adequate disclaimer erased.

I have long believed that the internet message threads are self cleansing and that they are a tremendous source for leveraging one's own limited resources. Who could possibly keep on top of all the developments in these and other industries without the help of others?

My relationship to the company will be clearer to all soon enough, but it isn't something that can be publicly discussed at this time. This may cause some to hoot, yelp and holler, cry foul, promoter, pump and dump artist, etc., but until there are public announcements, etc., I am not free to discuss them.

Hopefully, the company will achieve their reporting status on the timetable set out at the shareholders meeting, and sooner is better than later for all of us. There was a time not too long ago that someone would bring me a bulletin board stock to look at and I would dismiss it out of pocket without so much as a glance; and now I find myself with the shoe on the other foot.

This company needs to be more than just fully reporting they need to get themselves off the bulletin board poste haste! Once that has been accomplished we'll be playing in a different ballpark.

OK, time for lunch; enjoy your sunday.
