To all...when using BrowseMaster, will it always pop up when you turn your computer on or can you disable it until you want it?

Hi, need some advice on this subject. If you see an ISLD at 20 at the ask, and say you bid 22 limit(just for arguments sake). Will you get filled at 20 first then up all the way up to 22? That's my impression and was wondering if that is correct.

To answer this question, you have to define what you mean when you
say "you bid 22 limit". Do you have direct access to ISLD ECN? If you
do, then the answer is yes, you will get filled partials all the
way upto 22 offered on the ISLD ECN until a) your buy size is met
b) there are no more offers <= 22. At that point, if your order is
still not filled, ISLD will kill the rest of your order as it will
"lock or cross the market". ISLD does not forward an order that will
lock or cross to NASDAQ.

If you are willing to pay upto 22 for a stock that is being offered
at 20, I take it you really want in. Depending on the conditions,
(especially if ISLD book does not show any size upto 22 offer) you
might have better alternatives. An SOES and/or Selectnet Broadcast
or a Selectnet preference to an ECN might be better alternatives.

Before committing yourself to ISLD 22 bid route, you might want to
see the ISLD book accessed via isld.com or via
elitetrader.com
points to the same Java applet, second one starts it in a window
of its own.)

The second part of your question can also be answered by reversing
the above logic.
