Found 2 longs today: COMR and ANTC. Current positions: Long: YUM, COMR and ANTC Short: USW, MYG, PMS Interesting use of MACD. I am new to technical trading but it seems you may be getting a little complicated. Mixing a lot of signals may confuse more than it it improves results, at least that is the theory. Currently reading Van Tharp's new book "Trade your way to financial Freedom", it is excellant. Based on his evaluation criteria, I am getting about a 64% reliability on the GBS system (Gary says he gets about 70%, so I am happy so far). Van Tharp also mentions expectancy, which is amount expected to win per trade. I will add that in later. It is a combination of how often you win, with how much you tend to win or lose per trade. This helps measure the impact of stops that allow winners to run while cutting losses short. I am leaning toward conducting a study on the effect of changing stop losses on the GBS system. I think we may be cutting our profits short on some of the shorts. Regards, Archer
