Hey RAM- The fact that they even included a "threat" in the PR means they are sending a message to someone(s) that is/are already infringing. It's the old "patent pending" game...but VLNC won and now they are touting it. They definately were sending a message and it wasn't intended for the investment community. This was clearly a "back off or else" message to a potential competitior IMO. Speak to you soon. HC

Ah, Ram, nitpicking time -- the statement WRT litigating infringement was made in the last CC, not in the recent PR.
