bad nus - Re: "Paul, relality check. That AMD second class organization as you point out has suceeded in taking market share away from Intel the first class organization in spite of all of Intel resources and strenght, inspite of all of AMD shortcommings. AT last count AMD was the best selling chip in January, not Intel. At last count AMD had an installed base of over 14.5 million users using K-6 with 3D now, and growing. buy the time Intel has any pentiumIII' LIMP's which can deliver a decent video signal, AMD will have over 20 million happy users. How many happy users will there be with K-7's before Intel can fild a competive product. Please don't respone back and tell me Intel will cover this marjor sweetspot in the market will mobil chip's. because if you look and see what has happened in the obil market Intel has lost major flows of revenue due to price cutting due to AMD holding the low ground with even lower cost offering. This my come as no suprise to you but it is the low cost notebood market that is showing all the growth just like the sub 1000 market and intel again has miscalculculated, so much for first rate organization. Intel has been flying first class so long that they can't recognize or admit that coach class exits. AMD is slowly becoming the chip of choice for the MASSES. A concept once held by Intel but times have changed, you just hav'nt changed with them. "

Completely wrong again.
