Thanks for heads' up, Rick.

Sure appears to be a head and shoulders. Not a TA trader, but I could see a retest of the 50-day EMA--or double bottom--which appears to be at about $34-37.

One ClearStation poster has a believable argument that the reading is faux. Here's his post.

clearstation.com;

Bear arguments are that we're in the post-earnings vacuum, that conviction remains low, and that EGRP needs to rebuild credibility following its recent software snafu (very dumb). Also, I see a gap at about $34 that the MM is doubtless looking to close. Bull arguments are "the next press release," that the retracement from the peak has been on declining volume, that Internet mergers are heating up and that brokers, in particular, are ripe for consolidation.

If I were buying, I'd be looking for the dip to $34-35. (Think I will; that's a giveaway.) Certainly wouldn't short due to potential of upside surprise. Long EGRP ($12.50 and up). Don't see no bubbles.

What am I missing?
