To all: A shareholder pointed out there was an article on Sungold in Monday's Post. Page C2 A Vancouver-based promoter has filed a lawsuit claiming more than $447.8 million from a Michigan Indian Band. Sungold Gaming International Inc. claims the Match-e-be-nash-she-wish band of Potawatomi Indians has failed to honour its obligations. Sungold has proposed construction of a thoroughbred racetrack and casino in Richmond, B.C., as well as casinos in South Korea and on an Indian reservation. Sungold was forced from the Vancouver Stock Exchange in 1997 because VSE officials did not believe it had the resources to develop the Richmond project.
