One press release can set off a short term event, but with long term growth, the best usually develops over time (except buyouts) and the careful observer (myself) can still take advantage of the move... Maybe you miss the initial jump, but if it is a substance story (one that is not hope and hype alone) then it will continue for a lot longer than just a day.

I have done some re-thinking on my now defunct buy and hold view. Maybe timers miss some things now and then, but as they say in New York City, there will be another bus in fifteen minutes. Or another cab, or another vehicle to take you where you want to go.

Yes, you may miss some, but it's like insurance. You preserve capital when you set limits for yourself. (10% is best... but I tend now to go with 20% when I trust the story.)

We each have to have our own game plan. For now, JMAR is simply on my "watch list".

JMAR's press releases never mention the "big names" they're assocaited with now ?

what makes you think they'll name the "big names" in the future ?

sure their 10K/Qs name them but how many bother to go to these documents to find alliances when they don't see them in the PR ? JMAR needs to say IBM etc in their PR when applicable !

as for nondisclosure agreements - well if JMAR continually acquiesces to these demands now no doubt they will do so in the future and to our detriment

the analysts and wallstreet houses barely knows we exist or don't give a damn about JMAR even though they may be aware of JMAR's clients - it's jo/jane blo that needs to know who JMAR does business with since it's the jo/jane blos such as us that seem to be the only ones taking an interest in JMAR

If it does start a meteoric rise then I'll jump back in, but not until then. If I miss out on the first 50 cents of the rise so be it because until then there are so many stocks that have doubled-tripled-octupled in the last year that I won't miss the 50 cents.
