Prosearch (Telescan's Investor's platform) and technifilter (point & figure) for windows are the blood and guts of the market gems stock scanning process. The charting is from Metastock 6.5 and Telescan's Investor's Platform although I think that Big Chart, IQ charts and PC Quote's "Q Charts" are viable alernatives on the internet. It took me two years to become a power user and to develop good scans that work upon backtesting but I wouldn't change those programs for anything. If you want to get Prosearch (although if you are a member you really don't need it since I do for you) wait a bit because we will soon be having reductions for all Telescan products for Market Gems Subscribers. We may also be having some freebies on their WallStreetCity site. For AB Watley users that wish to subscribe to market gems will have other incentives shortly besides reduced rates. AB Watley is undergoing some very exciting changes now that will effect a lot of us.
