John- I agree with the accounting. But the accounting for a transaction where CYOE says in a follow-up press release that "title was transferred to Comdisco at CYOE's site", is a sale to Comdisco not to Crescent. It's rather elementary.

They changed their story to the truth, because I can't imagine Comdisco really leasing it to Crescent if they did any DD at all. For all we know, they never did lease it to Crescent. They may still own it, or leased it to someone else. If they did actually lease it to Crescent without so much as a UCC-1, someone should be looking for another job for trying to protect their 740,000 shares without disclosing it to their shareholders. The SEC should really take a close look at this transaction.
