You are right. Believe it or not a Washington, DC. judge recently ruled that a party trading a stock immediately after a court case was guilty of trading on insider news although the court case was open to the public. Insider news is a very touchy issue. It does indeed seem strange to me that these big time spenders would be getting this news ahead of the general public.

But you know things like this can happen for a few weeks/months sometimes and then suddenly has to answer for it. I am sure this is going to be very big news. That is the only kind of news this company could deliver. After all they are going to have to do something to earn that $.69 in 1999. I would suggest they get the ball moving because that might be a very tall order.
