If there is any truth to Delay comiting perjury, and if a Court finds that he did so, I have no problem whatsoever seeing him held accountable, even if this means rotting in jail for some time.

I wish you could say the same about Clinton.

Now as to "the rightwing trashcan lining scoops", I have a few questions for you :

1.Was it important and honorable to try to find the truth in the Annita Hill / Clarence Thomas confrontation ?

2.Should we have dismissed her when she came out ?

3. Did Clarence Thomas have a duty to try and clear his name ?

4. Is it important and honorable to try to find the truth in the Bill Clinton / Juanita Broaddrick confrontation ?

5. Should we dismiss her now that she has come out ?

6. Does Bill Clinton have a duty to try and clear his name ?

Regards,

If Delay lied, he ought to be prosecuted, held in contempt or whatever the law allows. No man is above the law. As for Barr, that's a private matter between him and his wife.

As for Clinton, he's still a perjurer and obstructor of justice who managed, by defining deviancy down, to convince enough of his brethren to allow him to keep his office. He's too small for the job and he always was. No amount of bilge you can pump will ever change those facts. JLA
