Hi JJ:

The momentrum has gone from VNE for now, but there are a number of exciting and near-term developments coming down the pike.

The momentum buyers/sellers have gone for now, but people are still buying a lot of VNE stock. If no-one was buying the shock would be much lower than it is now and heading back down to $0.25. Instead it closed down just $0.01 on Friday. The number of shares offered at these levels isn't that much - so I don't see that much downward pressure. The end-of-day market depth from Friday shows just 15,500 shares being offered at less than $1.25 from a float in excess of 22 million.

In the near term I'm looking for further independent News reports in the financial/technology press following the Internet Conference in Toronto (the Globe & Mail article was just the first), News of the PP (due by the end of February), News of additional clients, possible News of the intention to list on a new exchange, feedback on the progress of their Eurpoean, South African, Australian and Malaysian expansions...

It's not going to be a party every day, nor every week. I'm here because I like the fundamentals, market sector, partners and strategy going forward. Pull backs following surges give myself and others the opportunity to add to our positions at lower levels.

Let's see what the next few weeks bring for VNE,

David.
