I think that you are making the same mistake as SB, i.e. you are confusing rationality with efficiency.

BTW, an oversupply of dumb money as you call it would qualify as a very significant information as well IMO.

his definition of a efficiency is that stock price reflect perception. it is pretty accurate. the fact that drug induced perceptions would be much more conservative is another matter altogether ;-)

as roq said, the theory is utterly worthless given this view. it has no value and is an empty intellectual hypothesis.
