Ray, I have no idea where FAQ/threads on the court case are other than at the Qualcomm SI thread. The Yahoo one too but the SI crowd is going to know as soon as anyone [or sooner if JGoren is kind enough to watch proceedings and file reports to SI via his WWeb Q! connection direct from the courtroom].

Don't hold your breath for Motorola getting an OJ jury. Even with a wild decision from the court, it is an absurdly low chance that Motorola will get their hands on Q! technology for satellite systems. Maybe Ericy will get some cross licensing leverage and that will be about the strength of it. Even that fits more or less into dream world as far as I can tell from reading quoted patents.
