Searching "Zulu-tek" within the Internet.com search engine I came up with the below except, noted in quotes.

My read on what I'm reading below is that, obviously, Zulu-tek has some valuable technology and it is this technology which Zulu-tek brings to the ESVS table. Otherwise, why would Sabela seek to replace it, once Softbank got sold to Zulu-tek? Perhaps the below article might also explain why Zulu-tek gets so much flak from Aussie critics (we see 'em on ESVS/Yahoo all of the time) and why the fraudulent email that was sent to Disney originated from Australia. But beyond all that, which is pure speculation, it's an interesting article:

australia.internet.com

"Over the last two years they were involved in developing OzEmail's Web Wide Media business, which was subsequently sold to New Media investment monolith Softbank (becoming Softbank Interactive Marketing - SIM - in the process) and then onsold to Zulu-tek, which closed several divisions of the company, including the advertising representation services earlier this year. When SIM closed its doors in Australia at the beginning of this year, the Australian-developed ad server technology which had been one of the key attractions to Softbank, was no longer available in the Australian marketplace. Lentell and Turner have now secured the exclusive South East Asian rights to this same ad-server technology and it is the basis of Sabela
Media's services."
