Jonathan, Your correct, only licensed brokers can make buy/sell price recommendations...the area of price predictions may be a bit grey but, not so grey, when tied (in context) with entry/exit points...This is not legal...and the SEC watches these boards for that type of activity...

That's why I qualified my previous post about number of shares that I saw on another board...Personally, I would not put any weight into it, even if it came from a company PR person, unless I saw it in writing...I did repost it only because it was the first post of that nature I saw, and it was mentioned as coming from a company PR person...there really is nothing known about this companies financials...the hype machine is running wild with ONTV, GOIN, and RIHI...

I have not previously, or do I currently hold a position in this stock...once some real DD surfaces, I may consider it???

Unfortunatley, at the moment, there is no such information available...

Keep and eye on SYD.V, SNMM, and AMD (the Gateway Deal) this week and next!!!

Later...Gator

Wrong as usual, Lebed.

Anyone can make predictions, even you.

You need to be a licensed professional to dispense investment advice.

I never heard anything more ludicrous -- rest be assured that the SEC is NOT in the business of regulating the psychic business.
