The squid thing is pretty frustrating when it happens. I find that it usually affects one thread at a time. This morning I couldn't post to MB thread. And tonight I had problems with this thread.

If I get squided, I generally hit the back button on my browser, mark the entire response, hit "copy" and try again. If it is really bad, I have to go find another post to answer with my copied text. Sometimes it is only pm's that get through.
