Jeff,

The new internet site for My MusicCard Co being manufactured by Cohesive is due to go online in 1-3 weeks. One week tentatively scheduled and a couple for overruns if necessary.

The new site is being designed to knock out the competition and wow the customers. Of course the ease of use and appeal to the public will enhance usage and deliverability of the product. Who do you know that would go to a lousy looking store to buy a product when they could go to a clean efficient store to get the same product cheaper?

Yes MusicCards will be sold at the site along with CDs. The opportunity to purchase a Card for yourself or a Gift MusicCard for a friend will be continually readily available. There is also the ability to do business telephonically for the internet shy.

The MusicCard will be primarily sold through outside sources. The endorsement deals being produced create the endorsing organization as the sales entity. They promote the sales of the Card in return for a portion of the Card price. As a result of the marketing technique there is no advertising costs to destroy the bottom line as with the competition.

The profitability of TSIG will be shown quickly as the existing deals and to be announced deals ramp-up. The expectation is for TSIG as a company to be profitable possibly in March and probably in April.

The dual aspect of TSIG's interests in both the internet sales and teleservices create the growth that would be attributed to two companies.

There is already a teleservices contract ramping up that will generate around $500,000/mo. There are other contracts in discusion.

I hope this helps. Rather quickly done. Happy to answer questions.

Bob
