Did Clinton Quit Oxford Because of the Rape?
Aldrich Addendum

A 1969 charge by a Eileen Wellstone, 19-year-old English woman who said Clinton assaulted her after she met him at a pub near the Oxford
University campus where the future President was a student. A retired
State Department employee, who asked not to be identified, confirmed
this week that he spoke with the family of the girl and filed a report with his superiors. Clinton admitted having sex with the girl, but claimed it was consensual. The victim's family declined to pursue the case-
-history of sexual violence against women

Why did Clinton quit Oxford?
Why did Clinton suddenly depart from Oxford sans degree?
Was he forced to leave because he raped Eileen Wellstone?
Gary Aldrich (Unlimited Access, p. 171) writes:

"Investigation reveals that after the winter of 1969, Mr. Clinton embarked on a tour of Europe, and there are suggestions that school officials told him he was no longer welcome on campus.....There were no grades available for review to approve or disprove claims regarding Clinton's achievement, since the university will not release such records absent the candidate's authority. It is noted that normally a candidate would sign a release so as to allow investigators to confirm or deny educational claims. In this case, the candidate will neither sign a release form nor will he provide documentation related to his attendance and performance at Oxford."

Mia T: Not more than a week or two ago, I posted this item --even included the police report stating the facts. But in the end, the police stated in the official report, that they did not wish to prosecute "A Rhodes Scholar" which Clinton was at the time.
So he did not "quit Oxford" --they did not release the information because of his affiliation with Rhodes. But it was an "official document" stating the condition of the young woman and especially her testimony or should I say statements about the incidence. They stressed how discombobulated she had become over the rape.

In other words, it happened according to the police report but they did not go forward with the evidence or prosecute Clinton because of his affiliation with Rhodes Scholarships.

"Anyone know what scholorship he accepted? Where did Clintoon get all his walking around and traveling money?"
From Gary Aldrich's "Unlimited Access", page 171:
"Investigation has determined that when Mr. Clinton returned to Oxford after the first year, he "crashed" with various friends and was described as a moocher who never paid for anything and never seemed to have any money to share or to contribute to the cost of his own subsistence.
During Mr. Clinton's attendance at Oxford, and his subsequent trips around Europe and Asia, he had no apparent source of income aside from his scholarship, and it is unknown how this tour was funded. However, it has been established that he served as a "quasi" ambassador for a leftist organization in Washinton, D.C., known as Vietnam Moratorium Committee, or VMC, an organization founded by one Sam Brown, among others. It appears that Mr. Clinton's sole purpose at Oxford in the fall of 1969 was to organize student protests against the United States for the VMC."

aristedes: From all the dozens of books and reports I have read, one thing I have taken for granted. He never really went to Oxford. He ended up in Moscow and destination Oxford was a cover to study under the Fabian Society. By luck he met the head of the Communist Party whom he studied under. Strangely Hillary was there too. (from left field) and a member of one of the same "clubs" he was. This is where he got his training. You will find out more if you dig up the "Fabian Society" and see what they are all about. Also Cecil Rhodes --of Milner Rhodes group --both very very active in the U.S. but basically British. I also always thought that it was Fulbright who say his "sociopathic" tendencies and early on - 16 or 17 turned him over to the Fabian Society. No doubt the Rhodes Scholarship was merely a "blind" and Oxford not his real destination. A "blind" --his studies there are were never serious. He was headed for Moscow. And spent some time in Germany - have you ever heard him speak German, very polished But rarely used. Like a native. When I subscribed to Foreign Affairs magazine only to see what the hell it was all about - the CFR magazine - they once sent me an invitation to attend the German University division of a University in Maryland to learn political science. Imagine! When I first (and only twice) heard Clinton speak greetings on a trip to Germany - he conversed and spoke several sentences in German --like a native. So in the back of my mind I wondered if he attended the German College Foreign Affairs sent me literature on -- Foreign Affairs as you know is published by the Council on Foreign Relations --CFR.
But this is just a scrap of information. No reason to put it together with Clinton. Except when I heard him speak such fluent German visiting Kohl. In Berlin.

But, Oxford --he never really was serious about Oxford and might have made it his base, but not his "home" and probably not his object of "study" - He got in no trouble over the girl he raped. He was, they said a "Rhodes Scholar" and they did not wish to give that org a bad name and dropped it.

Maybe that is not the entire story, but that is the police or constable or superintendent's story at Oxford. That I read and that I posted here on FR.

As I said, no one was interested. Maybe only two or three people responded to it.

I thought it odd that Clinton, obviously from a modest background, could somehow afford Georgetown U. & Oxford. It's understandable that funding thru scholarships & bursaries are available, however nothing is ever mentioned about this in the media. So assuming all of the academic costs are covered by these means, and the rest by mooching - Clinton had this reputation even back then - why would he leave a Rhodes scholarship on the table by dropping out prior to his degree?
The Wellstone rape is a plausible reason & certainly warrants further investigation. Hail to the Rapist-in-Chief!

How many in between 1969 and now? Sociopaths continue rape for the "peril" it puts them into. No way of feeling except for the danger. Rape is for the feeling of "power" like what he is doing to America. Isn't that the real or final R A P E?
When I posted the police report from the British Superintendent or "Constable" it had the emotional and other conditions of this Wellstone woman he had assaulted. But they dropped the entire case.

In the title of my post were "1969" and "RAPE" but included them all--or those we know about. In fact, I put it under RAPE as the subject.

Sorry don't know how to retrieve by "subject" or "title" Whatever it is called --where "White Water" goes I changed to RAPE.

Stephanopoulos in contempt?
Judicial Watch to ask judge to cite former presidential aide

Today U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth will receive a motion filed by the public-interest legal group Judicial Watch, asking for George Stephanopoulos to be held in contempt of court.
Judicial Watch is requesting that the court fine Stephanopoulos $10,000 per day until he conducts a proper search for documents and resubmits himself for deposition in Alexander v. FBI, a $90 million civil lawsuit. Judicial Watch filed the suit on behalf of Republican officials and others, whose confidential FBI files were improperly obtained by the Clinton administration.

Judicial Watch first deposed Stephanopoulos March 9, 1998. After reviewing the transcript Judge Lamberth concluded that Stephanopoulos had not conducted a proper search for subpoenaed documents, and had not been truthful in parts of his testimony.

The court then ordered Stephanopoulos to conduct another search for documents and to appear for a second deposition. The court also ordered Stephanopoulos to pay the costs incurred by Judicial Watch incident to the second deposition. Larry Klayman, chairman of Judicial Watch, has estimated those costs could run as high as $15,000-$20,000.

Judicial Watch conducted the second deposition of Stephanopoulos Feb. 20. During the deposition Stephanopoulos abruptly walked out of the room, apparently to consult with his attorney. When he returned he failed to provide straightforward answers to questions. Stephanopoulos claimed to have conducted a second search for documents, but only in his office at Columbia University where he is a professor. He apparently did not search in other locations where responsive documents might possibly be stored.

When Judicial Watch sought to establish precisely where the search was conducted, Stephanopoulos terminated the deposition and left. According to Klayman, "It was not within his power to terminate the deposition, and he did that at his own risk."

Stephanopoulos' testimony is pertinent to the suit because he was in the Clinton White House during the period when Filegate occurred. He played a role in the damage control operation after the story broke that the administration was in possession of more than 900 confidential FBI files of former members of the Reagan and Bush Administrations, as well as Republican members of Congress.
