Joseph: You are concerned about DELL's topline growth rates. Yet, they have a VERY ROBUST pipeline and are AGGRESSIVELY moving into the higher margin (and higher priced) server and storage fields. DELL also has great opportunities overseas and in the consumer markets. Please re-read the following comments from the new S & P report on DELL:

<< Dell's revenue and earnings growth potential has a lot of headroom. The company has been highly successful in entering the workstation and server markets. It has also begun ramping up storage systems, which should start to have a material effect on revenues in the next few quarters. These systems carry higher price tags than PCs -- and richer margins. Most significantly, Dell's rapid-response model bodes well in these segments as the Internet has accelerated IT (Information Technology) departments' demand for servers and storage in a quick, consistent turnaround time.

So I don't expect Dell's revenue growth to slip materially below a 40%-50% range over the course of the next two years. Dell's flawless record of execution does not change with its fourth quarter report.>>

If S & P had great concerns they would remove their "buy" rating on DELL. Remember they have No investment banking relationship with DELL or any other high tech firm. IMHO, they have been quite accurate and unbiased in their reviews of leading tech stocks.

I am VERY LONG on DELL and INTEND TO HOLD MY SHARES as long as Michael and his team continue to significantly outperform the industry. IMHO, DELL's business model and DELL's growth prospects are hard to beat.

Good Luck with your investing decisions.

Regards,

Scott

Joseph...NO, they can't...But, then again, Honda can't "beat" Saturn's $12,000 price-tag for a 4-door sedan either...I'll buy the Honda...
