I would venture a guess that most people are hesitant in sharing due to our bash-full environment, which almost never leads to rational discussion about DGIV due to twisted wording and agendas.

Rebel and All:

Jimmy Chin and Roger Templeton decided to keep the agenda fairly general in nature so that none of us would be required to sign any non-disclosure agreements. Consequently, we did not get into any specifics ..ie dates, new contracts etc that would be considered insider info. Many people who have complained in the past about the company having loose lips are now wondering why no insider information was discussed. I believed MoneyBaggs did an excellent job of posting yesterday on what is happening in regard to the Egypt contract and the status of our filing our SB10, etc. Mark C. tried to convey the many complexities Mr. Chin faces in running the company on a daily basis.

Answers to some questions posed to me:
Is Mr. Chin continuing to work hard for us shareholders to make this dream of a worldwide network a realty? Yes!!
Is he still very optimistic that given some time he can accomplish this goal?? I believe more than ever!!
Is this still a very speculative investment?? It sure is and will continue to be until the company is fully reporting and has revenue coming from several contracts.
Am I selling any of my shares??? No, I am not. The shares I have I will continue to hold.

IMHO, this company was never worth $8, or $7 or $6 or $5 last year. It only got there because several individuals hyped the heck out of it. I, like a lot of you, bought into the hype. Shame on me for believing in these individuals. Its nice to see these two individuals no longer posting on this thread.

I believe the current evaluation is a fair one due to the risk and non-reporting status of the company. The company is definitely worth more now at $1 than it was last year at $4+.

In the future, whether I sell or buy more, will be totally dependent on how the company performs over the next 90 days. I believe the next 90 days will be very, very critical to the company. I believe that we will know what we have as far as an investment within that time frame. At $1, I still believe that the upside is much, much greater than the downside. So for me, I am willing to hold my shares and wait. That is my decision and I am not trying to influence anyone else. Investing is very personal and each of us has to make our own decisions.

I'm glad I went and I enjoyed the opportunity to meet all of the folks who were there.

Good luck to all of you with your investment!!!
