Thanks for your opinion on this write-off of R&D. Everyone on this thread is positive and long on FORE, however my concern is how the Wall Street analysts will interpret the possible negative impact upon their estimates of FORE's EPS. It's just a matter if they are interested in the net EPS or the operational EPS. Since I have only focused on FORE a couple of weeks ago, what was FORE's stock price action during the 30 days after their announcement of the Berkeley acquisition? That may provide a indication of the analysts emphasis on operational results versus the bottom line EPS. Anyway, Thanks again. Rob
