Oh really?

Is this why the Iomega Flop! Owner's Manual states emphatically that one must NEVER have the Flop! disk inside the Flop! drive while moving? When the Flop! drive is engaged and spinning at 3000rpm, disastor is just micrometers away. There is nothing to prevent a total drive failure and disk data injury from occuring. And once this happens, the ENTIRE CAMERA must be returned for costly warranty repairs if the Flop! drive is built into the camera.

Any sort of evidence whatsoever to back up your claim about "protection" while the drive is engaged would be appreciated. A link somewhere? An Iomega spec sheet that I've missed? An independent lab's test results?

Anything??? I thought not.
