Two web page updates: Hole CIH-99-2 Started February 22, 1999 - After a snow and sleet storm prevented most work on Saturday, Sunday saw the move of the drill rig to the second coring hole. We pulled over 15 meters of core with excellent showing of sulfide veins. Also, visible gold was seen in speckle form throughout the gray wacky stone first encountered. Vein 27 is not expected to be hit for another 50 meters. This hole will probably go much deeper than No. 1 since we are starting up-hill and further back from target vein 27. Hole CIH-99-1 Complete at 229 meters February 22, 1999 - Doug Boddy will be at the government facility all week splitting the core samples. Then next week we expect to run the samples at TUNS (Technical University Nova Scotia). Near the end of the coring we encountered a stock works of sulfide veins. This is very exciting and we look forward to the assay results. These stock works will hopefully contain the type of mineralization we are looking for. Well-dispersed gold versus the high concentrate we are getting with visible gold is better for milling.
