Alan and others worried about pricing
It mentioned that the regular prices will be very competative with the other retailers, especially starbucks, and that maybe for the opening it will be even cheaper to gain popularity and customers. Then will go back to the regular competative pricing. I read this from one of TAPS posts. Even if it were a buck or two more. starbucks tastes like paint. I never understand why so many people drink it. Can you imagine what may happen when this company opens near them and it tastes great. My dad told me that he used to drink it, when he flew 1st class in the 70's. Said it made the flight.Hope they can do it again. Have a feeling that the news will be that they are getting involved with a huge corp. who plans to open in the teens or hundreds of stores at once.Makes sense if the product is there. Plenty of room for another big boy. Good luck to all,
(just my own thoughts on that last part, i know many of you agree. For the ones who don't you're entitled to your opinion, which is what i have)

Alan,

Starbucks is not charging $14 for 2 lbs. Stop by any Starbucks and check on prices. I buy their coffee pretty regularly, and it's usually about $12 a pound, depending on the blend. Looking forward to the chance to compare with Gourmets Choice.
