You are correct. Chambers exercised options on two large blocks (if I recall 300,000+ shares each) and filed to sell exactly the same number in two transactions (there were a few other small sales). If you look at the purchase prices, and track back the historical stock prices, it clearly reveals a December 1993 option issuance, which would have expired at the end of 1998.
