Anthony: At the time (this was 84-88 - she was there for Boesky, '87, etc.) the restrictions were Commission-wide. I suspect they still have similar restrictions, since the staff comes across a lot of interesting market-related and company specific tidbits. She was in Market Regulation. I recall that mutual funds were OK in the portfolio, but anything else, we had to disclose, and they imposed real restrictive holding requirements. Glad she's not there any more, as I couldn't trade to the degree I do now. Short OMGA and AWRE. Take care.
